Event Date: September 9th, 2006
Location: Sussex County Fair Ground, Augusta, NJ.

Event Hours: 12:00PM – 10:00PM
Financial Commitment: $200/ limited to three items Set up Time: 6 – 10:00 AM
Global Reach will provide:
• A 12’ x 12’ roped off section
• 3 Vendor Passes per booth location for workers to gain access to the event site.
Additional Food Vendor Responsibilities:
All Vendors require insurance. All Insurance must have Global Reach International as additionally insured. 1 Million Dollar Policy is required by all vendors. Checks are written out to “Global Reach International”. Please mail checks to 341- route 206, Branchville, NJ, 07826.
• You must provide all required preparation and storage equipment as well as adequate containers for collection of grease, ash and gray water. All cooking oil must be disposed of properly
• You must place absorbent flooring material such as rolled roofing paper under all collection containers, on the floor of your booth and under all cooking equipment.
• Food must be stored at least 6” off the ground.
• You must have 3 buckets or a 3 compartment sink for cleaning cooking utensils and also have some system for workers to wash their hands.
• If you need a power, you must have your own generator.
• You must provide your own furnish or tables.
Please Note: in case of cancellation of event all vendors will receive their money back. In case of rain an alternate date will be given.
